A multi-device push rollout remains incomplete while old logout behavior survives
A server can store multiple push tokens per user while an old application's logout still removes every device registration. The new API behavior alone does not describe the state of a rollout. This investigation combined SquadNote's old and new APIs with old and new logout methods. Its focus is the combinations that can remain in use and the evidence needed to call the migration complete, rather than the registration and deletion implementation itself.
